WASHINGTON, May 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Presidential candidate and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee will discuss his vision for America's future before a National Press Club audience on Thursday, June 7.
Coming directly off the New Hampshire Debates on June 5th, Governor Huckabee will outline how he would lead the nation if he were elected President. His speech is entitled From Hope to Higher Ground.
After serving more than a decade as Governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee left public service in January 2007 to pursue the White House and to promote his most recent book, "From Hope to Higher Ground: 12 Stops to Restoring America's Greatness."
As chairman of the National Governors Association, Huckabee was known nationwide for his deep commitment to children, health care and education.
